–  It is wrong to always talk only about Hungary and Poland – Austrian Chancellor Sebastian Kurz told the Austrian Funke Media Group and the French daily „Ouest-France”. Kurz said that equal measures should apply for all European Union member states.

The Austrian Chancellor called for a fairer attitude towards Hungary and Poland in the EU rule-of-law debate. He believes that the rule of law and the preservation of European fundamental values ​​are crucial for the survival of the European Union, but that they should apply equally to all states.
