The issue of the rule of law does not belong to EU level’ – wrote a a Polish Member of the European Parliament with the ECR Group, the former Minister of Foreign Affairs on his Twitter account Witold Waszczykowski.

The former Minister of Foreign Affairs published the reply for his parliamentary interpellation concerning the rule of law written by Didier Reynders (EU Commissioner for Justice since 2019).
