The United States has been a strong supporter of the Three Seas Initiative from the start and it addresses many of our shared priorities – Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken said in his remarks on the Three Seas Initiative.

– We applaud your work, and are eager to work with you to strengthen a Europe that is whole, free, prosperous and at peace - added U.S. Secretary of State. Like you, we want more regional economic development. Your work to build better infrastructure in the energy, transportation and digital sectors are key to that goal and will strengthen EU integration. Your efforts to strengthen energy security are vital for stability and well-being of the region – said US Secretary of State Antony Blinken.

The initiative brings together 12 EU member states within the Central and Eastern European region lying between the Baltic Sea, the Black Sea and the Adriatic.
