The total length of the Via Carpatia route on the Polish territory is approximately 700 km. Participants of the Polish-Hungarian Summer University in Krasiczyn adopted a joint declaration on the future of Europe on Wednesday, urging a fundamental reform of the European Union.

On 23 August, the Renaissance Krasiczyn Castle near Przemyśl saw the launch of the fourth edition of the Polish-Hungarian Summer University organised by the Wacław Felczak Polish-Hungarian Cooperation Institute.
